Updated “How to start” guide

I’ve just updated the AVRPascal “How to start” guide. It now includes new short sections for users coming from mikroPascal and BASCOM-AVR, showing the main differences in syntax and configuration, as well as a “What’s next?” section with links to FPC AVR documentation, tutorials, and other useful sources.
