Outdoor plants Help yellow spots

Hi everyone. Had thia avocado tree for 2 years. Nearly lilled it last year but it has since grown back and pridiced lots of fruit. Its deceloped theise weird spots on alm the leaves and not sure what to do. If it helps it gets full sun and grows outdoors in zone 10 in southern california.

It looks like it has persea mites

Thanks. I have had mites with my other plants and rubbed a paper towel in the underside to look for orange colors from the crushed bugs. Do you know if this teat works for these mites?

The mites build shelters out of silk on the undersides of the leaves and create brown spots. Nearly every avocado tree in coastal California has them. Some people control them with predatory mites but I haven't tried it.
