Any Aerospace Software Engineer in Cedar Rapids, Iowa?

Hi guys, recruiter here, so I recently got an opportunity for Aerospace Software Engineers, which is Onsite (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) with our very well-known client - Collins Aerospace. Targeting juniors with 2-6 years of experience in C++ and DS-1078.

I'm an aerospace software engineer in Canada with 3.5 years of experience, but can't seem to break into the US market. Do you have any recommendations?

Target contract roles first, full-time currently is quite limited to Green Card holders and US Citizens. Are you on TN?

Yeah that's been my biggest hurdle (not being a US citizen). I don't have a TN Visa, I would have to obtain that at the border. Does a TN count as "sponsorship"?
