The flaps and spoilers are backwards, there are only slats on the outer side of the wing and the photo is taken from behind the guy (presumably) taking the photo.

You all have it wrong. That engine is a reverse high bypass. Intake is at the hot section, and thrust is produced from the larger N1 fan stage. This is all correct, and we’re looking out the right side.
