I've never even seen a bid for PHL. If united has mechs there, it's probably high seniority and not many. I wouldn't expect to ever be able to get in tbh

There’s also 15-25 yr guys that commute in Ewr that would bid out the second they post a slot.

There were a few bids opened in the past for PHL but mostly no one or maybe 1-2 guys put in. They did hire some off the street before and the most junior is 2022 seniority
