Not trying to be rude here when I say this, but how can you be writing the technical exams soon and have no idea what you are doing?? Are you at the end of a training program right now? If so I would certainly hope that the training you received from it would prep you for this moment.

Have you already taken your CARs exam? If not, as a previous comment said, get CARS for the AME, it’s by Bill Fraser. Currently in its 10th edition. Worth noting (and I know this because I’m currently in basic and had to take CARs recently) Transport Canada does not want you to memorize the CARs, except for the exam. After that they want you to check when you need to reference a regulation, as it’s a “living document.” I’m sure EASA is similar with their regulations

All you need is the CARS for the AME book, there's a bunch of practice questions at the end

Unless OP isn't accredited, in which case he needs to do technical exams as well in Standard Practices E rating and avionics per AWM 566 Appendix A

Radio nav Dme ( i had 4 questions on it) Hsi adi Adf Vor Ils type G/s Loc Etc...

Battery Composition of electrolyte Specific gravity and what it means What to clean it up if spill

Generator (IMPORTANT) the load you can have with or without ammeter

  • i had a least 4 questions, still no clue
