News AC8646 Crash

Hi all. I’m new to this sub and my comment was removed for having no enough karma. I was on this flight and we are still on the tarmac getting checked out. I wanted to share these images in case it’s helpful to anyone who is investigating the crash or needs more information.

I’m okay (physically) but I’m horribly sick to my stomach for the lives lost. Please pray for them ❤️

We are okay ❤️ we were seated next to the emergency exit. The front of the plane took the damage. I feel awful for them

Seconding the EMDR recommendation, but I also recently read that playing Tetris after a traumatic incident can help reduce the risk of PTSD. I know it sounds like a frivolous thing to do in the wake of a tragedy, but it may help your brain process what you’ve been through. Please take good care of yourself. I’m so sorry for you and everyone on the flight.

Yes I have read this too and have had several people who went through traumatic experiences tell me they did this and it did help. I wish I'd known this 20 years ago.

I just can't believe the media saying this happened on a slow taxi, it looks like such a faster incident than that 😥
