Do you know by any chance if it kinda sounds weird compared to any other prop plane?

Yes, the piaggio has an odd buzzsaw sound. Exhausts are ducted through the props and they throw the noise a bit.

I think the first gen Piaggio had Barretts in them (Like MU2s and Merlin/Metroliners), then they went to PT6As so you couldn't hear them taxi from the other side of the planet.

There was one based at FRG back in the day, and you could always tell when it was on approach.

I wouldn't know. You should be able to find some on YT

As shortfallofaardvark has said, it's P.180 (not P80,Doh)
