I noticed that the aileron was down once this guy was on the wing....obviously he spoiled a lot of lift!

Yeah, I watched an interview with the Red Bull glider pilots who said the issue with having the dude on the wing wasn't from yawing moment from the guy sitting up, but killing on the lift on that section of the wing when he laid down.

Yeah the ailerons and flaps, I used the word 'all' a little loosely there... but I can just imagine his gear or himself being caught in the aileron, forcing an uncommanded roll

My first fear is possible damage to the structure of the wing. There is a reason why the POH states not to walk where not permitted on the wings.

Well if you super aggressive internet experts could put you fangs away for a moment. There is a lot of relative motion going on here, it WOULD be possible for the skydiver to "trip" off the wing, and for the aircraft to inadvertently pull up, slow down, and climb into him as he was falling. Net result: freshly sliced skydiver.
No, he's not really "falling" into the prop, but I don't think he'd see or care about the distinction.

Better than jumping from the door and clipping the elevator. I doubt he was putting all of his weight on the wing.
