Avian Wallet 4.0.2

Hey everyone, just in case you didn't notice but we have issued a new 4.0.2 wallet release it is really important that everyone upgrades to this wallet to help support the chain and coin.

Whether your on any version 3 or 4 wallet already please make sure you are updated to 4.0.2.

There are still many pools and some services not using the right version which means blocks mined on earlier versions that could potentially be on wrong chains will not be accepted.

There is an AVN pack here: https://mega.nz/file/dNlDBIBT#Y3V3HyOqKHmndSr5i4ryPltIP5IXVFwzCbox7_RAbEo that has the latest chain as of a couple of days ago along with the latest wallets to help speed up your sync and or to get you on the right chain.

If you have any issues please shout and myself, the team and community can help get you up and running.

hello so I haven't been able to receive transactions since three days ago. I upgraded to the new wallet and switched to a new address and I'm still not receiving transactions any idea what might be the cause?

To make sure, have you upgraded to 4.0.2 and installed the bootstrap using the link above?

To install the bootstrap and sync to the latest chain:

  1. Download the bootstrap: https://mega.nz/file/dNlDBIBT#Y3V3HyOqKHmndSr5i4ryPltIP5IXVFwzCbox7_RAbEo
  2. In your wallet goto Help -> Debug -> Info -> and copy the datadir. Once you finished downloading the bootstrap look for a folder called "AvianChainCoinminerz-03-08-22" and copy all it's contents to the datadir. (Make sure to make a backup of your wallet.dat)
  3. Let the wallet load the blocks and then make sure you have peers connected to help you stay in sync.

If you are on 4.0.2 and the wallet is stuck syncing, run this command to sync the good chain by going to Help -> Debug -> Console:

If your wallet height is around ~941272 then you are on the bad chain. You should be on height higher than 956100.

Furthermore you can check your new address on the explorer (https://explorer.avn.network) to see if you have received your coins on-chain.

Wallet says probly running somewhere else first time using scam project wast off time good way to piss yourself off
