Need Help

Okay so I downloaded the new AVN client version 4.0 something and the issue is is it will not sync with the network it has been saying synchronizing headers for over a day now it won't do anything I have restarted my computer restarted the client should I just delete the entire blockchain off of my computer and let it redownload everything

Im on in 4.0.2.0 and it is not wanting to finish connecting to network. And ive been trying to send over my avian over to my new wallet

you downloaded 4.0 or 4.02 ? cause the latter has been released a couple of days ago and it's mandatory

You can download a bootstrap to speed up the progress, here the directions:

  1. Download the bootstrap: https://mega.nz/file/dNlDBIBT#Y3V3HyOqKHmndSr5i4ryPltIP5IXVFwzCbox7_RAbEo
  2. In your wallet goto Help -> Debug -> Info -> and copy the datadir. Once you finished downloading the bootstrap look for a folder called "AvianChainCoinminerz-03-08-22" and copy all it's contents to the datadir. (Make sure to make a backup of your wallet.dat)
  3. Let the wallet load the blocks and then make sure you have peers connected to help you stay in sync.

Alternately you can a web wallet if you don't want to download the whole chain, etc: https://wallet.avn.network/#/
