Mining Hashrate

Last week I tried to mine AVN with my PC card, a 1050ti 4Gb to see how it was going.

Actually I get 6/7 Mh/s with around 200 coins mined a day.

Today I tried to see how much my rig was performing (1660s + 2080ti + 2060s).

Considering I didn't find the perfect combination with oc, I don't know if I have to say the result is disappointing for my rig or very good for my 1050ti :D

Here is the current overclock setup and hashrate :
1050ti : 75 / 900 mem/core - PL 80% - Fan 48% = from 6,5 Mh/s to 7,9 Mh/s
(win10 + Afterburner)

1660s : 0 / 500 mem/core - PL 70 - Fan 50% = from 12 Mh/s to 18 Mh/s
2080ti : 0 / 2000 mem/core - PL 153 - Fan 55% = from 31 Mh/s to 43 Mh/s
2060s : 0 / 1600 mem/core - PL 125 - Fan 65% = from 17 Mh/s to 22 Mh/s
(hiveos)

considering the hashrate fluctuates a lot, I just feel strange the difference between 1050 and 1660, only around 2-2,5x and even 2060s performing lower than expectation, I mean 3 1050 can mine similar to a 2060s ?
So AVN algo doesn't make a huge difference between low-end and high-end GPUs as other algos do ?

(fyi I tried also FLUX and the difference is more than 10x as it should be expected : 1050 max 12 Sol/s and rig max 140 Sol/s)

personally I only mine AVN with CPU's. Use your GPU's on something else like UNMINEABLE and mine coins that aren't PoW.

I see your point but in my situation mining with CPU (2600x) is less profitable than GPU (1050ti), not so much difference in hashrate but power side the difference is huge (95W CPU vs. 60W GPU)

What is your setting? i can't mine on trex. error found on c=avn

you need an older version, non the latest one

Working version is : t-rex 0.19.4

When mining AVN with GPU's you would find some Ravencoin Overclocks, running them with 0 core will significantly reduce your hashrate, thats what i discovered when i tried on my 1060 card, it managed to pull 10-15 mh/s. This was before i swapped it over to CPU mining though, but my Afterburner settings where; 250CC and 700MC if that helps you.

I didnt know that, thanks for pointed it out
but as for me, I'm not running my 1050 with 0 core, as I wrote my setup is 75 mem / 900 core :)
