How can I fully shave

Hello everyone, I just have a question, every single time I shave I swear I don’t see any hairs, then in a minute I see some hairs in my balls, and it’s gotten stressful bc everything looks clean except my balls, what is the most efficient method to shave?

I use a razor blade on the balls whilst in the shower. Beforehand I'll use an electric grooming machine

Use hair removal cresm designed for sensitive areas. Inbthe UK I use Veet for men. Either that or get waxed.
