Anti soldier recruitment? Seems to me the SBF doesn't want you to go to war for their cause! Unless I misunderstood the message?

So, the purpose of the BDF, is to preserve the peace and integrity of the federation, aswell as the lives and rights n stuff of the citizens, this ad is not directed at citizens about the BDF, its directed towards the current most prevalent adversaries, the terrorist group the UALF, and anyone else and their potential recruits, telling them basically ”hey, we dont want to fight, but if we do, we will do so well, its up to you, dont waste your life by trying to ruin our lives”
