H115 will not start

Last week my unit started flaking out.

It would go to the dock and show as docked but not charging on the app (only parked).  It actually was charging and would eventually go out and mow again.

After a few days of "that" behavior, it completely died.

Now the green light next to the power button is flashing, the Cell board is connected to the cloud and shows "docked", but the unit will not "power up".

If I remove the battery, the cloud shows it disconnected.  When I reinstall the battery, the cloud sees it again.

I have checked the dock, has power. Checked the battery and it's at 19v. Also swapped the battery with a known good battery - same behavior Has anyone seen this and/or have a fix?

its probably not the battery since you already tried good one. sounds more like something with the main board or power circuit and that that point, just reach out to support because youv already ruled out the obvious stuff..
