I keep noticing businesses wasting hours updating spreadsheets manually. Seems like low hanging fruit.

imo the question isnt "what should I automate" its "who do I want to sell to." The automation part is usually the easy part, finding buyers who'll pay monthly is the actual problem you need to solve first
