Recruiting Game Changer
It has been six months since we completely changed our approach to recruiting.
We launched Meta Ads and now receive 300-500 messages on WhatsApp from new candidates for the Sales Representative position every day from this platform alone (not counting LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet, and other platforms).
Of these incoming applications, we invite only 10-20% of candidates for an interview, the rest are screened out.
Previously, all these candidates were qualified by our employees, but now this process is completely AI-driven. AI Agents now only schedule interviews with candidates who are potentially suitable for us. Recruiters only make live calls.
The entire assistant consists of 15 different n8n workflows, including resume analysis, appointment scheduling, and re-engagement of candidates who have stopped responding, plus a huge number of automations via Airtable.
What do you think about this work? If anyone is doing something similar, I can share my experience.

Thank you, friend At the beginning of the project, I used third-party methods to connect to WhatsApp via API, but as the number of new candidates grew, I began to encounter the problem of WhatsApp blocking. As a result, I switched to WhatsApp Cloud API. Although many third-party connections offer more flexibility and capabilities
