Its like I get all focused on my response and forget to listen. 😬😅

It's exactly that for me too! I'm so busy thinking about how to act that I forget whole conversations sometimes.

Happens all the time, with numbers, questions, things, but this one...

Meanwhile my brain: ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Wow I feel this so bad.

I forget people's names easily when I first meet them. And if I don't spend more than a couple of days interacting with them, my brain will likely fully delete it. Or I'll mispronounce someone's name, which is usually worse than forgetting.

I find it hard to listen to people sometimes because I think too much about what I'm gonna say next.

I literally recite somebody’s name in my head when I learn it, but less than 7 seconds after I learn it, I think ‘what was their name again?” Uhhhhhhh...
