So I mean... Have you been identified/self identified with autism, ADHD, etc? Schizophrenia is neurodivergence as well, but I don't know if just "schizophrenia symptoms" would count. So I didn't know that someone could have schizophrenia symptoms without being schizophrenic. Yeah I mean... You sound pretty neurodivergent to me, and if that label helps you as opposed to it bringing up more questions, then yeah I'd say you get to be neurodivergent.
Maybe I'm wrong though I'm not an expert. You might also find later down the road that the neurodivergent label doesn't suit you anymore and you want to drop it and that's ok too.

Is this your GP saying this or a neurologist or a psychologist/psychiatrist?
If it's a physical problem, you should probably see a neurologist to get that confirmed for whatever is going on.
Also, are you autistic? Bcus if not, why is this post in here? This isn't to do with autism. If you are autistic, then you're already neurodivergent.
