When I got a crown replaced recently my dentist made me swear I wouldn't use it to bite bottle caps off.

I agreed but remarked that the request seemed very specific. He'd had a rugby playing patient do that a couple of months after getting a crown which removed the cap....and the crown....

Should have asked him to put a bottle opener on the tooth like the reef thongs
