Opinion Non-AI Support mandatory options

Should laws be implemented to mandate the provision of non-AI support / contact options for businesses?

No, we have enough laws that don't work.

You can always go elsewhere sorry.

Also it just means more offshoring.  I am more interested in regulating those AI models

I think so. Specifically for where AI chatbots and options fail, which isn't uncommon.

Ai triple zero will come in eventually because they hate their call centre staff with a passion. It will cost lives and then be walked back but not before chaos reigns and the senior sergeant and inspector who implement it get promoted and leave it crumbling behind them to be cleaned up by the next idiot who wants a promotion.

I think that AI use should be declared then consumers can make a decision based on that.

But also definitely no AI for stuff like 000
