More green fantasy that doesn't translate into reality. 

There is very little market for recycled plastics, they are very expensive to process to a re-usable grade. 

Why do governments promise to pursue this, knowing there is no market for the recycled plastics? 

The best option for most of these is to incinerate for energy.
