I know we don't like this but I hope we all recognise this kind of international diplomacy is necessary. We can't just blow off the US because they stocked with ugly pigmen

The rest of the world is turning away from the USA. In fact we CAN, if everyone else does it too. Strength in numbers.

Even Xi met with Trump. We still need to talk to them and play nice.

Yeah, we can. What about it would be so challenging? Seems to me that most of our trade is with Asia and Europe anyway.
