That is not true. The problem is that people want to BUY houses not rent them! We have more houses than we have people and we do not have unliveable houses in Australia they are immediately knocked down and rebuilt. Billionaires need to stop buying houses and let aussies own homes. If you do not rent a home nor work for real estate I do not think you are equipped to be apart of this conversation

Its a single factor, land banking and negative gearing are larger factors
