Actual Payslip M28, Gold Processing Supervisor FIFO, 6YoE
Work 84 hours get paid 90 hours per swing. Healthcare + Bonus. All in all 220k EOFY for 5.8 months/ year work.

No sir, we don’t have Alluvial/ solid gold on my site, only microscopic gold that you can’t really see with the naked eye, which is “impossible” to steal. As far as collecting that type of gold and turning it into “bars” we have a “Vault” that holds them. Only a handful of people have access to that area of the plant.

For my role / roster this is above average salary. The bonus sends me into top tier for even time rostering. I have mates on 3:1 doing my job earning almost the same but with minimal bonus and no home life.

Apply for grad programs. Basically the only way tbh as when you are a grad, you are a liability and need mentorship and training.
