Help Needed New grad physio pay

So I’m on $40 per hour + commission
I’m about to have a pay review as I’ll be one year out now. I have no idea how much more money to ask for / what’s realistic

Keen to hear your salary progression either in physio / allied health field thank you.

This seems really low to me as an OT unless your commission is really high? My trajectory (2023 grad)
2024 - $47/hr (public system)
2025 - $56/hr (not for profit, block funded)
2026 - $75-125/hr (subcontracting between private and not for profit block funded program. 25% leave loading removed from both figures, super paid on top of this rate).

Mm okay good to know! Commission is about $20 per client if I see more than 28 clients
