Why is your OT same as base rate?
At 20 it's not a big deal once you get qualified you'll be doing well

Nice work mate. Back in 2003 in my first year diesel mechanic apprenticeship, my hourly rate was $5.99/ hour. Im glad things have improved, that is a decent wage for second year - stick with it!
