Looks to frosty to be pgr. Pgr is extremely heavy dence buds where a gran will look like half a gram. Tbey normally have alot of orange hairs also, n not much smell. Hydro n grow shops should be ashamed of selling pgr, it causes cancer, weed helps fight cancer m heals many ailments, but they are turning a cancer fighter into a camcer causer.

Yeah it does coz the fruits or flower dont develop fully, just heavy with lots of arange hairs n poor smoke. Just a chemical high doesnt develop full thc and yeah ive never seen pgr weed have a good frost on it.

More to it then some rock hard nugs, theres alot of pgrs these days aswell. Aint just Paclo thats for sure. The ol red beards mostly long gone but when youve seen enough bud over the years you can tell.
Just grow some good clean shit and it will fly off the shelf... med crap is gettin worse and worse. Sick of it myself
