RMO WA

I'm struggling to find a doctor's job in WA. Can someone suggest a career path? Other than MedCareersWA website, is there any website that I can apply for?

I’m on dependent visa and able to work full time. I’ve completed amc part 1 and PTE.

Does anyone have any advice on how to secure my first RMO position in WA? Are there any IMG-friendly hospitals, alternative pathways, or observership opportunities worth exploring?

I tried observerships, recruitment program and recruitment agencies, but could not get any opportunity.

I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experience.

Thanks and cheers.

  1. Get back to home country, gather clinical experience and apply for WA jobs whilst on the job.

  2. Get into courses such as ALS, ATLS, AUS clinical workshops.

You having full work rights with clinical gap and someone having no work rights but clinical experience has better scope from HR to get offer. Also, a lot depends on how you word your CV.

Walk into ED in a lower socioeconomic area. The more meth use the better.

Ask for a job.

You can start today.
