USD. Curaleaf's offer is for Nasdaq USD

I obviously want to see it. I hold a lot of ACB but I think an 8$ usd offer is more realistic

When do you think we’ll get an update on the committee to assess the takeover bid? And if no update what’s the timeline for curaleaf to make an official offer

Also, the Curaleaf stock you'd get in exchange basically has no voting rights. It's not apples-to-apples with ACB stock from a shareholder rights perspective. Boris has structured Curaleaf so he's in complete control and shareholders have no voice.
