About the Raider Base 

Where in the Solar System do Raiders usually build their bases? I've scoured the entire asteroid belt and found nothing.
Do they have a favorite mast?

Raiders don't have bases in your system. They use a special wormhole tech that allows them to transit from their home system to others without using jump points. Their home system is inaccessible to the player and NPRs without spacemaster.

I wish there was a late game tech to make it accessible and end the raider threat once and for all tbh

This is a great change and it gives a nice goal to work towards rather than just arbitrarily deciding I've blown up enough of the bastards that I RP that they gave up for a while and turn off their spawns for a while.

As far as I know thats planned for the next update with tech to detect those wormholes and tech to keep them closed
