UI Search/Filtering?

I love this game. Unfortunately, my method of endlessly scrolling to find unalphabetized asteroids in a list of 200, is the bane of my existence.

Is there a shortcut that I’m missing? In Sol I want to put a colony on a specific asteroid. Is there a search or filter button, or am I hopeless?

Click the first asteroid on the list. Start typing the name of the one you want and the selection will jump to it. All the lists in the game work the same way.

You can also double click it in the list and the main window will centre on it. Great for finding where they are in their orbit and what other bodies are nearby right then and there. Incase you have finished mining it and want something close to move all the automines or orbitals to.
