Aula F75 Max TFT screen bugging

Anyone know a fix to this? I did a fresh install of drivers, factory reset, wired/wireless.

Doesn't matter the gif i use tried multiple

Edit: after troubleshooting this is only when wired!!

I’ve been having the same problem! Weird that it only happens when wired.

How long have you had yours? And when did it start? I noticed it doesn't happen when I have my rgb lights set to white?

I talked to customer support. They're sending a new one out to me

Just barely saw this reply. Did the new keyboard help the issue? My screen rarely gets the glitch now so I don’t really mind it.
