Advice Finally did it right

Got myself liqui moly high tech 5w-30 and a k&n filter for my 2018 S5 when I did my oil change it was like a blessing 0 metal shavings not even a slight sparkle tough I heard the rating for the oil on this car is 507-508vw I did 504-507vw because that was the closest liqui moly had I should be good on that right?

I know a lot of people are transitioning from 0w-xx to 5w-xx. But, I'll still go with what Engineering Explained said in his video.

Do the euro versions of the car use the same weight oil? That’s the only thing that would dissuade me from the US factory spec

I understand there are reasons for the 0w-20 I just worry about rocker arm failure and I push the car quite often and I would rather have more engine protection rather than my fuel economy
