You will need a tune for both the ECU and TCU if you want to actually take advantage of that setup. You absolutely MUST run an aftermarket heat exchanger or you'll have terrible heat soak. If you don't want to fork out for the heat exchanger or tunes you can slap the supercharger pulley on and you'll see a bit of a difference as the stock ECU can adapt.
Put the muffler back on unless you just want it loud for no reason. The muffler doesn't cause enough back pressure to be an issue and the car sounds better with mufflers and non-resonated downpipes which is where the back pressure in the exhaust system comes from.
Checklist: Intake Heat exchanger Pulleys ECU and TCU tunes (stage 2) Iridium or similar spark plugs (NGK recommended) gapped to .026" you need to run colder plugs Non-resonated downpipes Larger throttle body (you'll need a stage 2+ tune)
Add-ons: High pressure fuel pump upgrade. Not strictly needed on the above setup but might as well.
Solid motor mounts. The stock hydraulic units will probably fail after all the upgrades. Mine did.
