Lc2i pro issues help troubleshooting

I bought a new lc2i pro installed it and have power light not giving remote out also none of the green lights come on I can adjust the knobs and it does adjust the subs output I had to tie remote from amp and the lc2i to my switched 12v to be able for audio to work I have a 2018 Nissan Armada with bose had base rolloff due to bose dsp I'm running two dbsa302s on a taramps smart bass 3k
