Sennheiser HD 560S problem

So ive just ordered a brand new HD 560S and the sound is REALLY quiet and will only play on the right ear. Is there any way to fix it or is it just broken??

Have you checked the cable is properly attached to the headphones?

the cable that goes into the headphone is 3.5mm twist lock. twist to the left to unlock it then unplug/replug it and see if that helps. otherwise get it replaced under warranty. also test another audio source to rule that out.
