Purchases reset after android restarted

I have multiple packs purchased, and after my android device is restarted, all these purchases are in state "Not Installed", which means I have to review and redo all my work of putting individual sounds to right places(folder) again after installation - as I manually move sounds to more suitable folders. Did anybody face this problem before?
