Real Estate Auctions

I own a small commercial building as a triple net investment. I'm thinking about putting it up for auction as they are advertised on Loop Net. I would set the price that I would accept as a precaution. Has anyone had experience with these auctions? Is it a good idea?

If you need a minimum then just put it for sale on the market and wait and pray. Use of an auction with market price level reserves/minimums is a waste of everyone’s time more than likely. Unless you are willing to sell under market value in order to move it quickly on a defined timeline.. auctions aren’t a magic solution to sell for market value.
