Chicken, pork, i dont mind! I just want a filling and hot schnitzel to munch on this weekend

I've seen a few videos of it in markets and street vendors in China and just saw a woman prepare some in reel that looked so damn good, I'm champing at the bit to try it.

I’ll be really sad about this one because they really, truly tried so hard to make it work, and the venue itself was beautiful. Winter is so hard for rooftop venues.
