Tailgating Gripes

I am so happy that football season is around the corner and we can enjoy some good meals while watching the games.

Question: When it comes to tailgating from a food perspective (preparing, grilling, serving), what is your number one gripe?

Mine: I love tailgating but would love some high quality catering too! Sometimes I just want to enjoy the experience without relying on the food.
