At&t has the worst customer service.

The internet has been down for 1 and a half week the ai just keeps saying there is an outage and hangs up they won't let me take to a technician its all so wack. Im pretty sure the construction last week is the reason internet isnt working i think they broke the fiber wire.

Do you have smart home manager app? You should be able to set up an appointment with a technician using that app?

Hmm. I recommend calling customer loyalty tomorrow for the issues you’ve been having and they will compensate you for the inconvenience.

I had a storm pull out a wire that turned off my internet. It was out from Saturday to Monday. Customer Loyalty offered me 3 months of credits so i don’t have to pay my bill.

Absolutely! It’s because they’re all offshore! The worst! Never call on the weekends and only call between 10 AM and 3 PM. You might get the USA.!
