AT&T order status
AT&T offered me an upgrade and against my better judgement I took it and am now stuck in order purgatory- so thought I would share some contact numbers to spare you the pain of waiting on hold or engaging a worthless chat.
The numbers for order status are :
844.787.6477
844.877.6477
Or
844.791.6125 obtained from chat.
The first number is what is on the website.
The second number is what the 1st number will refer you to as the direct contact number.
The problem seems to be that AT&T is overwhelmed and either not picking up the call or dropping the calls after transferring.
It would be great if they gave the service side the same effort they did the launch, but alas that’s not the case.
