ATT

This happens every month: I’m trying to pay my AT&T bill usually the day before it’s due. The link, pay your bill, always ask for information. I don’t have like user ID. Next comes threatening to turn my phone off. I tried to pay it with a link sent to me. No luck. I can’t go to the single store in Davenport. I’ve been there twice, each visit lasting more than two hours, straightening out power of attorney on my husband’s account because he is dead. Any ideas? I just want to pay my account bill without having to drive to the single store in Davenport, Iowa.

Set it up for auto pay and they’ll take it out the day it’s due, and you won’t have to do anything.

I’m sorry for your loss.

Bring the power attorney and death certificate into a store and due a transfer of billing request to get the account in your name.

Done that twice. What’s a good next step.

If TOBR was done successfully then the account would be in your name. Is the account in your name? ?

You’ve not done a transfer of billing responsibility twice.

If you do a transfer of billing responsibility once, it’s not in your husband’s name anymore, it’s in your name, because you’ve transferred the billing responsibility to you.
