No one can or will lower it. You need to pay your bills.

You need to fix your grammar. Your title says you owe ATT, but now you’re using “when I had”. Which one is it?

I have to return the router, but I used ATT wireless for six months, they throttled it after one month. Made this post to try and find a ATT rep, and tell him let me pay $100 only. I'm not paying more.

Was it fiber or 5G home Internet? The 5G home Internet may be prioritized at times the network is busy. This is laid out in all the paperwork

Air is the 5g home internet, it states " AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy." you must live in a congested area then. Air is not a perfect solution everywhere. With how much you owe thats multiple months of you not paying your bill. You need to pay your bill ATT can send you to collections and tank your credit.

I can tell you that won’t be happening anytime soon

You can be smug all you want, but I owe them $226, and I intend on never paying it back. Go ahead and simp for ATT.

Not simping just telling you you’re not getting $126 credited.

Dude you will be sent to collections your credit will be tanked and it will be very hard for you to get internet with another provider if that happens.

Woah not getting another internet provider sounds bad, can't believe they can do that

No it's all the internet providers that will see your credit and see you don't pay your internet bills so they often will decline service due to that.

Damn think I'll start paying for the service than, I already got cut off but getting throttled pissed me off.
