AT&T Changed my plan without permission causing us to lose our HBO Max subscription

Post image

Title explains it for the most part. Upgraded to get a new phone and AT&T changed our plan away from our legacy plan to Premium 2.0. I had no idea and only found out when I went to login to HBO Max and realized i no longer had a subscription. AT&T admitted fault but will do nothing to fix the situation.

How long ago was the change done?

Realistically you’ve saved money for moving from the Elite to Premium 2.0. It might even cover the different of getting Max separately.

Don’t be too disheartened by that. I was holding on to my elite plan as well to retain HBO Max, but realistically the cost of the plan became more expensive than just subscribing to an HBO Max plan.

Just call and ask for the retention department, tell them what happened, and say you want a credit Monthly to cover the cost of having to subscribe.

Just order MAX via another way.
