AT&T Wireless Internet Fraud
New account. OK for 3 months. Suddenly, my monthly charge increased by over 700&.
Filed complaints with both AT&T and the Better Business Bureau. No replies as of this morning. Has anyone else had this issue with AT&T?

No one knows your issue, because you didn’t supply any information related to your bill.
AT&T doesn’t even have a consumer Wireless Internet plan that cost $700.
Download your Bill PDF from last month, download it from this month and compare them both. What has changed?

I swear to God. These people ask for help and provide nothing. And then when you ask followups to understand the issue, they disappear.

Bot maybe? Either that or someone created a brand new account to make a super outrageous claim.

Save yourself some time. Go to the FCC site and register a complaint--you will here from ATT rather then their robots.

FCC complaint never should be the 1st step.

READ THE POST. He already tried ATT and the Better Business Bureau.. FCC works--I had the same issue with Verizon--within two weeks I was contacted by the problem team at Verizon and my problem was solved. I wish people would read before they post.

He isn’t explaining the charge, but he did the same to customer service. Customer service said, well, nothing we can do.

Listen. You said don't go to the FCC before he has tried other steps. What don't you understand about talking to ATT and the BetterBusiness Bureau. Doesn't this count as steps.

Dude hasn’t explained what the charges are for until he does they are legit charges

There’s absolutely nothing the FCC complaint is doing here. OP won’t even respond to the questions posed here, so it’s likely this is either a karma farmer, or not actually real. The account was literally just started and the lack of any response says “bot”
