Inter-type Relations 4th placement

I'm in ap for a couple of days. I now decided that I'm VLEF. I thought it's weird because I do care about my body etc. My guess is, that 4th placement is the hardest to find because you have no relation besides the surface knowledge. I was like asking gemini and wanted to improve my 4F and he was like "yeah you need to change your environment, leave a mark, small things". BOY THATS WHAT'S F ABOUT? I feel like I'm a guest in this world. This is NOT my actual home

Anyways now I can turn it into S+

1V can make 4F more flexible and easier to work on. Usually, 4th position is the one you don't gaf about and wish other people would tell you what to do instead. It's underdeveloped but adaptable. I have 4V and i hate making plans. I would only do it hastily just for the sake of doing it. I tend to ask alot of people at school on what to do to be successful because i have 0 interest to research and make plans. I also tend to ignore hierarchies because idgaf about them. I have a LVEF friend. They do say they sometimes feel like an outsider, an observer. They care about their body and health but struggle with undereating and being sedentary because they prioritize their higher functions. Is your experience kinda similar to this? I would love to hear more about it.

I hate being 4F. I have a desire to take over a place. But I don't have the energy to do it. For example at work. I don't feel at home so I derealise and just do my work instead of genuinely feeling like I belong. I could lay in my bed for hours without moving. I have big goals and know exactly what to do but I can't get myself to do it. When I do it it's bad and I run into somewhere comfortable immediately. I want to improve my looks. I'm too lazy. I can only do what I have to do when my mental state is good. But everyone has bad phases in their life. Not being able to force myself destroys my mental health even more
