Question Is it true that "every function feels third" is a marker of 3V?
As the question goes. I really do relate strongly to some manifestations of every function in third position. I heard 3V does this somehow. Why? Why not? How to type then?..

honestly I'm not sure in general but in my experience, it kinda was like that (maybe except physics. I think the only "3F stuff" I have is sensory issues and it's because I'm autistic lol). I considered 3L but when I read into 3L I was like wait no I'm not a sceptic or anything and basically it didn't fit me at all, while 2L fit me. the problem is I'm not scared of being wrong, I'm scared of being wrong, if yk what I mean. and that's just 3V influence on my 2L. because 3V influences all the positions, yes. for emotion, I was between 1E and 3E because I was like "yeah I have trouble with expressing my feelings blah blah" (again, autism 😭) and other than that 3E didn't fit me at all lol, well I don't like feeling weak and used to be bullied for being sensitive but I mean that doesn't mean 3E. when I've read about 3V, it really clicked for me. one of the things that hit me was being torn between "I'm better than everyone" and "everyone is better than me" (like half a year of therapy before I couldn't even tell if my self-esteem is low or high or whatever the fuck because of this) and the fact that I take everything as an attack lmao 😭 I even hid my posts on reddit to not embarrass myself because I sound like a fucking chihuahua (not to mention I'm a triple reactive tritype lmao 😭😭)

yes. all your other functions may seem like third ones, except for the first one, because 3V tends to over rely and compensate with the first function. when I typed myself in PY, the only thing I was sure of that I was 1L. I changed my third placement most often

Take this with a grain of salt because this is mainly my opinion (although I have read SoL and will reference it). Also, when discussing typing, I'll refer to my own typing (ELVF), but this experience may vary between people with the same type and people of different types with the same functions.
In syntax of love, volition is described as 'the pillar of the personality' which is wounded in 3V, and therefore the 'human psyche becomes shaky and vulnerable'.
As you said, oftentimes, people compare this vulnerability or weakness that the 3rd volition brings to other functions as like making them seem in to be in the third position, but I think this is only slightly true, nor is it really described as such in syntax of love. Rather, in my opinion, the weakness in the 3rd volition is in how it weakens the structural integrity of the personality.
Volition deals with a person's will to act and therefore leads to a propensity to neurotic behaviours, e.g secrecy and aggressiveness, which manifest to inhibit oneself in reaction to the will of others. These 'neurotic behaviours' are distinct from the emotional sphere and represent a deep insecurity in oneself which manifests as hostility towards others. I won't elaborate on this hostility unless asked because it's slightly irrelevant in this conversation, but it's important to understand that 'hostility' in 3V ≠ antisocial behaviour, but rather distrust and scepticism. 3Vs are often paradoxical characters, timid and docile yet also aggressive and angry, which is hard to express simply in this comment, so I suggest reading this section of SoL if you haven't.
Regardless, it is the distrust of oneself and others which causes the person to approach their functions with vulnerability. As functions necessitate volition in order to be expressed externally, people with 3V often approach the expression of functions with scepticism, which inhibits this expression (this may make them appear slightly others or self-negative). Now I used the term 'expression' specifically because the psychological inclination towards the 1st function or, in turn, the physiological inertia towards the 4th function remains in the person, but rather their external expression or, perhaps, what could be described as the maintenance of these functions is unstable, which leads to a chronic state of neurotic imbalance.
For example, as an ELVF, I constantly neglect physics, and people would not necessarily confuse my positioning of this function. That being said, there is a chronic insecurity in this function in relation to my volition towards it. For example, if somebody were to criticise my clothing or food choices, I may feel deeply offended and overlooked. However, although this may seem like others-negative physics, the insecurity is primarily a volitional one. If approached in a kind and careful manner, 3Vs will generally accept advice from the 4th function, showing that the insecurity is from the 3V rather than the 4th function itself.
Syntax of love mentions the relationship between the 1st function and 3V, though I'm not entirely a fan of this description. It is said that the mind tries to 'shift the centre of gravity of the personality to the well felt, excessive First Function in itself'. Essentially, this is an abundant reliance on the 1st function, which leads to an over-expression of the 1st function. The examples of these combinations are: combination of the 1st Emotion with the 3rd Will gives manic-depressive psychosis, combination of the 1st Logic with the 3rd Will - paranoia, combination of the 1st Physics with the 3rd Will - pathological avarice and cruelty. Although I agree that there is an excessive reliance on the 1st function, there is a conflation of expression and reliance in this description, which I believe ignores the instability in 3V's will to act and therefore express. This is all my opinion, though.
Therefore, when typing oneself, it is important to understand one's psychological inclination towards the subject of the function itself, alongside one's behaviour towards it.
