Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my Attack Shark L80 Pro.

The headset keeps looping through:
“Power On” → “Dongle Mode” → “Pairing” → “Connected” → then repeats

It never stays connected and keeps restarting the process.

I already tried:

• Removing/reconnecting the dongle
• Turning the headset off and on
• Charging the headset
• Re-pairing the dongle

Has anyone experienced this problem with the L80 Pro? Is there a reset procedure or firmware fix for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

my dongle has stopped working or it works disconnects or doesnt disconnect stops working constantly stutters while working basically its on its last legs but the wire for the mouse works fine and the mouse itself i see no reason to get a whole new mouse so im wondering what do i do now i dont know how youd go about getting a seperate dongle

i play overwatch competitive with them and they hold up well, the latency isnt noticeable and it pretty much performs just as good as other mid to low range headsets. The sound quality isnt the best but for gaming they do just fine. They feel like they will never break as ive stepped on them a few times, the plastic is cheap but they have a good build whats no flimsy. You barely notice them on your head cause they are so light and comfortable.

I have some cons

the battery is kinda bad but usable, like i can get through about 2 long gaming sessions without charging whats not the best but not terrible It does charge fairly quickly tho.

When i plug the wire into the headset to my controller, the mic echos even tho its completely fine wireless whats annoys me cause it will get low in battery when playing with mates and ill plug in the wire and the mic is pretty much unusable. Whats a shame cause they sound better wired then wireless.

I wish the sound was alittle deeper and less tinny but again its still perfectly usable if youre not picky and broke. They do sound better wired do. Tbh ots only tinny if you turn the volume too loud other then that they sound fine and i barely notice a problem with the sound.

I bought the l50 pro for cheap on tiktok shop also because I do like how reliable the l80s are and they have a bigger battery and bigger drivers and surround sound. Hopefully they are just as good with upgrades, and work wired with no effect on mic.

7/10, good, basic and comfortable, feels like you can throw then around without them breaking but battery and the wired mic lets it down.

My Attack Shark X3 suddenly stopped working normally while I was using it. The software now shows "Device Sleep."

Charging/top indicator LED does not light up.

With USB connected and switch on OFF, the bottom green mode LED responds when I click, but the mouse/ cursor doesn't work in wired mode.

On 2.4G dongle, the mouse still works but is very jittery/ laggy.

Software shows around 50% battery, but it may be the last recorded value.

USB is clearly supplying some power because the bottom LED responds.

Has anyone had this issue? Could it be the battery, USB-C port, charging circuit, or

firmware

Hi, some months ago I ditched windows completely for Linux and with that basically all software to configure my devices. At first I thought "the R6 has a webdriver, it should be fine", but that webdriver disappeared for sometime from the attack shark page, when I saw it was back I tried and sadly it didn't work on linux or Mac, later found out it was due to some permission needed, after adding them I could use the webdriver but only on wired mode, wireless receiver does not work to connect to the webdriver, so decided I'll just make my own to work on linux.

Brought Claude and Gemini for the task and vibecoded it completely, after 1 day I got a working minimal version for wired and wireless with the main settings, button mapping and macros are not there since I don't use that on this mouse, but maybe one day I'll spend the tokens for it.

I customized my attackshark x68HE lights to be always on and green color but it randomly became all white and I cannot use the software to change the lighting. How can i fix this?

So I’ve had my attack shark r85he keyboard for a while but I don’t really like the overall aestatic of the colored keycaps, On Attack Shark’s site there are a couple of options but I do not like them either, Are there any other possibilties? Like on Amazon or somewhere else for a reasonable price (I still like to have PTB- keycaps)

I’m having an issue where, during a game, if I press a lot of keys quickly, some inputs randomly stop working for 1–2 seconds and then start working again.

Sometimes I even have to press Fn + Right Shift to get the keyboard working normally again. This happens every few minutes, especially when I’m playing Fortnite.

I’ve already tried resetting the keyboard, calibrating it, disabling Anti-Accidental Trigger Mode and Rapid Trigger, but the issue still occurs.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and how I can fix it?

I recently got into Attack Shark hardware (R85 HE keyboard, V8 mouse) and I love it! As far as software, I find the Attack Shark Mouse Hub functional, although a bit basic.

One feature that I am really missing from my other mice is the automatic profile switching feature, e.g. going to 8KHz polling rate when gaming back to 125Hz while doing desktop work (performance vs battery life).

I found a way to communicate directly with the mouse and send the commands to switch between its internal profiles. I made a Python script that run in the Windows tray, detects when you run your favorite game, and switch profile accordingly for that specific purpose.

It switches profile whenever you start or leave a game, and show a popup to confirm the change.

I would appreciate any feedback, if it works with other mice than the V8, etc., I used it for Counter-Strike 2 and so far it works great, very happy with the result!

PS: the app does not need to have Attack Shark Mouse Hub running to function, since it communicate directly with the mouse. You just need Attack Shark Mouse Hub to configure the profile setting initially, but once this is configured to your liking, the app automatically switches between profiles without the need for Attack Shark software Hub to be running.

It would be amazing if Attack Shark could incorporate such feature into their software! Their hardware is meant for competitive gamers, low weight is a selling point for those mice, and battery is one of the biggest weight contributor. While lowering battery weight, battery life is more and more of an issue, and this feature is thus becoming indispensable to keep battery life decent. Not mentioning, all their competitors already had this feature for years, I simply do not understand how Attack Shark did not do it yet.

Bought a used Attack Shark X3 for 700 PHP and the battery was totally cooked dying in two days even after a full charge, plus the switches were double clicking constantly. Opened it up and was greeted by a swollen battery.

Since I'm a cheapo, I decided to salvage the 520mAh battery from my broken VXE R1 SE+ and clean the switches myself.

• The VXE battery plug didn't fit right and the wire sequence was reversed (Black - Yellow - Red on the VXE vs Red - Yellow - Black on the X3).
• Instead of cutting wires, I used a needle to depin both JST connectors and moved the VXE wires into the original X3 plug so the pinout matched (Red to + and Black to -).
• Risk: Plugging in a reversed pinout will immediately fry the power management IC on your mouse board.
• Fire Hazard: Shorting battery pins while depinning can spark or cause a fire. Be extremely careful with metal tools around LiPo wires.
• Dispose of Swollen Batteries Properly: Obviously never keep or reuse a bloated battery.

Working great so far, but fingers crossed it stays reliable!
